Holiday Inn Carlsbad/San Diego By Ihg

The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with a coffee maker and high ceilings. I was impressed by the pool and spa. One employee stood out to me for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would consider staying again because of her excellent service.

Had enjoyable stay for a family mini vacation, the staff were professional, location was favourable near the airport. A double room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was very close to San Diego, Carlsbad and restaurant.

The a double room in housekeeping, facilities worked for us.

I loved enjoying my morning coffee while looking out over the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Make sure to check out the pool area for some relaxation!

The breakfast was AMAZING! Christa was our server and she was amazing ahead was anticipating all of our needs and a pleasure! Plus, I had a meeting upon my arrival, and Luca was right there at the desk making sure I had what I needed with WiFi and comfortable spot to meet. Just really feel welcomed.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, especially in the restaurant. Our room with two queen beds was super clean. The location is convenient, close to the basketball court, perfect for us.

The hotel had a great pool and the friendly staff was a highlight of the experience. I faced some issues with the cleanliness of the room and slow internet connection, which impacted my overall experience.

The hotel offers plenty of fun activities like swimming and beachcombing nearby. Our service dog felt right at home, and the staff was attentive, especially during breakfast. I loved that Christa and Ricardo were very good too ensure we had everything we needed.

My children wished for a bigger playground area for outdoor fun.

The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Staff members were friendly, a huge plus. The location was a bit further from Legoland than expected, and finding nearby dining options wasn't straightforward. Breakfast was good, but I was surprised that it wasn't complimentary as initially indicated. Kids eating free with an adult meal was a fantastic perk.

Kids loved the play area. Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

Comfortable Family Stay with Great Service

Enjoyed a three-night family getaway. The Beautiful King Room was spacious and quiet. A meal at the onsite restaurant was delicious and convenient. The highlight was the really good staff-especially Patty, were great to ensure we felt welcome. Highly recommend!

I adored the beautiful decor and spacious areas. The lovely courtyard reminded me of a mini paradise with its cozy seating and lush greenery that invited serenity.
